This is the full doula experience, virtually. You get everything from comprehensive pregnancy support to continuous labor coaching via video, phone, and text. I'll be with you from the first contraction to the moment you hold your baby, guiding you through every stage of labor from wherever you are.

This is for moms who want the expert support of an experienced doula without the $3,000-$5,000 price tag of in-person care.

**24/7 On-Call from 38 Weeks Until Birth** - Text or call me anytime when you think labor might be starting - "Is this real labor?" guidance day or night

**Continuous Virtual Labor Support** - I join you via video (FaceTime, Zoom, etc.) when active labor begins - I stay with you for your ENTIRE labor, we work together, however long it takes - Real-time coaching through contractions, positions, breathing - If video drops, I'm on the phone, you're never alone.

**Partner Coaching During Labor** - I guide your partner in real-time on how to support you - Counterpressure techniques, encouragement, advocacy - They become your hands, I'm the expert voice

**Help You Decide When to Go to Hospital** - I watch your contraction patterns and help you time it right - Avoid going too early (and getting sent home) or too late

**Hospital Advocacy Support** - I help you communicate with medical staff during labor (via phone if needed) - Scripts and language to advocate for your birth preferences

**Immediate Postpartum Support** - I stay on the call for the golden hour after birth - Initial breastfeeding guidance, skin-to-skin support - Celebrate with you!

**2 Postpartum Check-Ins (Included)** - Week 1: Video call to debrief birth, answer newborn questions, check on recovery - Week 4: Follow-up call for breastfeeding troubleshooting, postpartum support, resource referrals
